Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the claim,
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and
- Notify the user responsible for the content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its original location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where the website is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice.
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to prevent further infringement.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
